I was thinking i should start a car wash supplies selling store business, the problem is i havent found any place or site where i can buy all the supplies cheap to resale it in my store, like a wholesale or something, if anyone can help please email me. Thanks!!
Nothing works better or is gentler on the paint and wax than the cheap generic baby shampoos, not even the most expensive car wash shampoos. Guess what a 15 oz bottle of generic baby shampoo cost at the Dollar Store. Yep! It cost $1. And 5 ounces added to a 3 1/2 gallon pail of warm water will suds it up like crazy, as sudsy as the best car wash shampoos. That is 3 washes for ONE dollar! Do you think you can find a cheap generic brand of baby shampoo in a city the size of San Francisco?

A neighbor wants me to wash his car for him. It is a honda civic. I will be using my own car washing supplies. I will wash the car by hand with ArmorAll chemical. Then wax with Turtle Wax. Then i plan to clean the rims with ArmorAll, and then use a tire shine. How much should i charge for it?

I would say around 50-60 bucks.Do not use turtle wax it might be one of the oldest car waxes but it is one of the worst.I use mothers carnuba wax in the can(not the bottle) this stuff works great and will give a MUCH BETTER shine.Make sure you wipe out the door jams and wash the windows because it will not look right if you do not.This just brings a much better look to the cars exterior.Just remember hit every spot and rub the wax in with a little pressure but not to much.

You should be paying your neighbor $20 for the exterior. But if you plan to clean the interior, charge $25 more dollars. To make more money, try cleaning trucks and vans, make sure you charge extra.

I want to buy my husband the best car washing supplies as part of his Christmas present. I was wondering what is top of the line, because I don't want to buy him some junky walmart brand. Also, are there any that are more friendly for the environment. Cost is not an issue. Thanks!
