Charges under the Edinburgh accommodation provision came to £373 and was for three hotel stays at £111 each, evening meals of £13.50 and £22.95 and refreshments totalling £4.
Surgery advertising provision cost £325, while travel costs of £2325 were made up of claims by Mr Pentland and his staff for car mileage.
Mr Neil’s biggest claim was £5747 under the Edinburgh accommodation provision, for hotel stays. The bills ranged from a one-night charge of £91 to a five-night stay for £480.
Office cost provision for Mr Neil was £4374 and included charges for advertising, rent, hall hire, water coolers and books.
Travel costs for Mr Neil were £3752 and took in car mileage for himself and his staff, staff rail and taxis plus car parking.
Telecommunications provision for Mr Neil was £1085 and that was for his mobile phone bill and business phone.
Surgery advertising for Mr Neil cost £1465.

The car is outwardly one of the more traditional designs unveiled so far, though it features the stepped nose design now commonplace, and reverts to a traditional exhaust layout - as mandated by the 2012 regulations - after last year’s experiment with a forward exiting exhaust. Team boss Eric Boullier hinted that the design featured plenty of subtle innovations.
“It’s true that the team’s reputation is good in terms of innovation and we brought through the last years some nice ones, and let’s say some more delicate ones, but definitely we have some this year,” he said.
Boullier said the priority was to bring a winning spirit back to Enstone, which had claimed championships in its Benetton and Renault eras, most recently in 2006 with Fernando Alonso.
