Why Is There No Coach "A" On Any East Coast Mainline Railway?

Hello.

I've observed down the time continum that East Coast Mainline Railways trains never have a coach "A" on any service. All their trains start with a coach "B" (the quiet coach free of mobiles and music - yeah right!)

Do you know why there is no coach "A" on any East Coast Mainline railway train into and out of Kings Cross Station please?

I am really very curious!

There is no Coach A because all the Coach A's were taken from the trains and used to form a new train, consisting entirely of Coach A's. Finding your seat on this train is a somewhat contentious procedure.

What do I have to do to get a class B drivers license and airbrake endorsement in Michigan?

I am interested in applying for a job that requires a class B license with airbrake endorsement and was wondering what is required and what the cost is in Michigan. Any help on this would be appreciated.

You can get a commercial driver's license at age 18, but you are restricted to driving only within the limits of your home state. If this job requires you to drive outside of Michigan, you must be at least 21 years old.

There's a lot to learn in order to qualify for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Most people sign up for a local truck driving school and can be ready to pass the written and driving tests for a CDL-B within 2-3 weeks.

In order to get a CDL, you'll need to pass several written tests. Once you pass the written tests, then you will go with an examiner and perform a vehicle pre-trip inspection on a vehicle that meets the category you are testing for. Be prepared to do an air brake safety check and explain the operation of the air brake system to the examiner. Finally, you will do a behind-the-wheel driving test with the examiner riding in the vehicle with you.

I'm not sure of the costs in Michigan, but probably around $75 for the whole process (not counting school). You will also need a DOT physical exam, which may cost another $75-$100. If you get the job, your employer may reimburse you for the DOT physical.

What kind of companies are the most likely to train people to drive their Class B trucks/vehicles?

That is to say, which kinds of companies (which industries) are more likely to train people who haven't got CDLs, and have no formal experience driving class B commercial vehicles?

Interested in driving Class B vehicles only. Want to be home every night, so that rules out trucking companies.

I have a CDL learners permit, passed airbrakes /combination /tanker /hazmat exams, 1.5 years experience as a courier driving a car and a van, a spotless driving and criminal record, 35 years old, female, healthy, no handicaps or impairments, and am tobacco/alcohol/drug free.

With the endorsements that you have, you can go to any bus company and get trained to get a class B license. Right now you could get hired by a school bus company, and later after you have the license, and a bit of time driving those vehicles, be hired by other companies!

What time will train b pass to catch up to train A?

Train A and B are traveling in the same direction on parallel tracks. Train A is traveling at 40mph and Train B - 60mph. Train A passes a station at 12:25PM. If train B passes the same station at 12:40PM, at what time will B catch up with train A?

Whats the difference between the two possible engines for a corsa b?

Right here goes if anyone could tell me it would be great =] i have a corsa b with a x 12 sz engine in it....what ever that means.... but there are some people with a c 12 sz engine in, so whats the difference?
