New Delhi, Mar 3 (IANS): Jailed former telecom minister A. Raja Friday moved the Supreme Court seeking the review of its Feb 2 judgment in 2G case on the grounds of denial of natural justice as he was indicted by the verdict without being given an opportunity of being heard.
Pointing out that he was criticized by the apex court for his "actions and inactions" and for alleged "devious methods and manipulations", including alleged "arbitrary actions by him to favour some telecom companies, Raja in his petition said that all this was said against him without his being a party in the case.
He argued that the condemnation of his actions or inactions by the apex court was in "violation of the basic principle of fair play and justice and affording a person an opportunity of being heard before he is condemned".
Citing eight paragraphs of the 2G judgment delivered by Justice G.S.Singhvi and Justice A.K. Ganguly (since retired) wherein he has been singled out for "alleged actions, illegalities, deviations and purposeful acts to favour the parties", Raja said he was condemned without being given an opportunity to explain his side of the case.

How do i put a belt on a 2008 Yamaha Apex Snowmobile?

Ive purchased a new belt for my Yamaha Apex snowmobile and i cannot install it. Ive tried sliding the clutch lever back until it reaches the end, (turning it back), and putting it on the top and bottom first but it will not go on. Is there a trick to this? Thanks
Usually you can just set the parking brake and twist the one side of the driven pulley to open it up. Some machines will open easier than others depending on spring strength and of course how easy or not the pulley is to grab. Ski-doo smowmobiles have a little screw--in device located in the tool kit. You simply screw it in to a special hole near the pulley center and it easily opens the pulley, even a little kid could do it.

theres a guy willing to sell his 1990 mazda rx7 for $1000, but he says it needs apex seals, i know that you pretty much have to disassemble the engine to do this so about how much would this cost?
Replacing the apex seals requires a full disassembly of the motor so you might as well have the engine rebuilt.
Providing the motor doesn't need any major components replaced the rebuild could cost between $500 to $1,000. This doesn't include removal and installation.
You will need to find a shop that specializes in Rotary engines.

Often times the side seals are needed too. So buy a remanufactured engine and swap over the intake and exhaust systems. Buy New motor mounts and coolant hoses. Be Warned RX-7 EAT GASOLINE FAST. Rotary motors also use oil that is injected into the motor.

How many seals are blown on it? There are 3 apex seals per rotor (one for each corner) and two rotors in the engine. If the rotors/housings are good, you might be in for about $1200. If both housings and both rotors are junk (it can happen!), you can easily add $2000 to it.
Kevin at http://www.rotaryresurrection.com will give you a better idea on what you'll be in for, as well as the best price on a rebuild. He's exceptionally knowledgeable, honest and a good guy to ask for help. He does good work, and will re-use your rotors/housings if they're in good shape to keep the cost down. You won't get a race port or anything, but he'll make your engine useable again for a fair price and proper operation.

looking to get an rx7, the guy said that the engine leaks a very small amount of water when it is running on the top of the engine. could this be the apex seal or what? he said it starts and runs just fine though. other than that the car is perfect and he only wants 1000 for it. what do you think? thanks.
No this is not an apex seal problem, but labor wise it might as well be. The seals of the chambers is leaking. To replace these requires a complete engine tear down. There is just no easy way to do this.
The only short cut is to drop in a Japanese Domestic Market Engine (JDM). But these are not cheap either.
But for about one grand, I would give it some thought. Depending on your skills, shop space and tools, maybe it could be a good deal.
But if you have to hire the work out, I would pass.

Its probably not an apex seal. If water is coming out of the actual engine block then it is probably a water gasket or seal. It would need a rebuild for that. If the rest of the car is in good condition it would be worth it for 1K and to pay the money to fix it.

i cant find this car anywhere. supposedly the car is a 1985 or 1986 Toyota Corolla in the U.S. plus im looking for the hatchback version not the sedan. that makes it harder to find.
I think in the US it was called a Toyota Corolla GTS or SR5, GTS was the high spec or something.

This is on a 2004 lexus IS 300, and I want it to be still a luxury car but with a little more power!
order a silencer and install it when you want to reduce the sound. installing it might also decrease horsepower, so its a definite toss up
