Researchers from the University of Buffalo said that their findings may reveal potential new drug targets for the disease as well as a screening platform for discovering new treatments that imitates the protective functions of parkin.
Human brain nerve cells have generally been inaccessible or off-limits because they are located deep in the brain and live in a complex web of networks and animal models generally lack the parkin gene, but recent stem cell breakthrough overcomes the formidable hurdle in research on Parkinson’s and other neurological disorders.
“Before this, we didn’t even think about being able to study Parkinson’s disease in human neurons,” said the study’s lead author, Jian Feng, PhD, professor of physiology and biophysics in a statement released by the University on Tuesday.
Feng and his research group used a technique that had already been successfully tested by other scientists called induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs).

the noise is a lot more noticeable when turning LEFT. By the sound of it pretty sure it is the power steering related, but why is it worse when turning left? please let me know qhat the possible causes might be and whether i should get it checked out? THANKS GUYS!!!
if it is side specific.... it sounds more like the wheel bearing is toast. When you turn left & it is louder, it signals right wheel bearing is more worn.

Well it is definitely you power steering rack. I own a 2000 VW Jetta and had to get the rack replaced because the boots were filling up with water and rusting though. So one of your boots may by filling with water. I would get it checked out.

My husband has a AST Alarm system/remote car starter and it keeps starting and turning off the truck on its own. Any ideas?
Yes, I would tell him to disconnect it immediately, it's a safety hazard, and could cause a serious wreck.
If his car engine dies in the middle of a turn in an intersection, he will lose power steering, and power brakes........................crash.
Disconnect it first, then contact AST.

I can give you a personal testimonial about these tires. I replaced my Michelin Pilot tires on my 2004 Mercedes Benz CLK230 with Kumho Ecsta AST tires at 29,000 miles. I immediately was suprised at the ride improvement. I continued to be amazed at the overall quality of these tires, they provided superior traction and wear and when I traded the car in for my 2006 SLK at 67,000 miles the Kumhos were still going strong.

Where can I buy an Olympia AST jacket in southern California? Anyone know of dealers that carry their products? Want to try on before purchasing!
I would suggest contacting Olympia MotoSports direct. They should be able to provide you with a list of dealers in your area.
There are a lot of riders on the Adventure Rider website/forum that use the AST Jacket.
