Rosenberg Expands AC Axial Fan Range To Include 40-Inch Models With Finned Blades

Charlotte, NC (PRWEB) October 13, 2011

Rosenberg AC axial fans with winglet tips are now available in five sizes from 22 inches to 40 inches. The expanded AC line is ideal for many HVAC applications, including condensers, heaters, evaporators, heat pumps and air-cooled water chillers.

The Rosenberg AC axial line now includes 22-inch (560 mm), 25-inch (630 mm), 28-inch (710 mm), 31.5-inch (800 mm) and 40-inch (1000 mm) models. They are available in 208, 230 or 460 volt operation at 60 Hz. All five sizes employ six (6) finned blades.

Rosenberg's finned or winglet-style blade design reduces noise by up to three (3) dBs and boosts fan performance by decreasing turbulence at the wing tips. This improves fluid dynamics and increases fan output, providing a steep airflow/pressure curve. Rosenberg’s 40-inch axial fans are capable of delivering nearly 16,000 CFM at free air.

Rosenberg AC axial fans can be installed in any position and speed is 100% infinitely variable. Thermal contacts provide standard motor protection. Insulation is to Class F and side cable connection or connecting box on the rear side of the motor are standard.

Ac compressor, fan doesn't turn

Mice got into the control box. Stupid previous homeowners.

My car AC only feels cold when driving. Could it be the AC condensor FAN?

Need help.

First of all, i have four settings on my ac/heat. 1,2,3 and 4. The higher the number, the harder the air blows. It only blows air when I put it on 3 and 4. Regardless of AC, heat setting, it only blows when i put it on 3 and 4.

Also my ac does not feel cold when I'm driving slow or at a stand still. It does feel a bit cooler when I am driving at higher speeds. I also noticed that the FAN does not turn on.. I can tell the condenser is kicking on but the fan doesn't ever come on. What could cause the air to only blow on 3 and 4 setting and the Fan to not turn on also?

I already checked fuses and relays.. do fans break down that fast? My car is only 10 years old.

When you have a/c on, and the car is stopped, its not going to cool as good because you need cool air blowing over the condenser in order for it to circulate thru the system and thru the expansion valve....Sounds like what you need is to have the pressure checked on your system and probably need to have more refrigerant added....I believe more refrigerant will make all the diffrernce. With it only blowing on settings 3 and 4, sounds like you have a switch going bad and needs replacing.

The condenser fan is used to remove heat from the system. If it is not working, yes the A/C can go warm at stop. Once the car moves, air across the condensor (from car movement) will remove heat and allow A/C to get colder.
If the fan is working, a check of the Freon level may be in order.
Good luck!

the regulating dynamo for the heater is needing replaced, as for the AC it sounds as if it may need recharged and a service.

You can get that done at your dealership.

first of all the blower resistor is probably your bad component why your fan only blows on two speeds.... next a/c normally cools better when moving ... but if your freon is a little on the low side you Will have the same symptoms... also as you stated if the fan is not working.... but you must remember that the fan on some cars works off of a/c high side pressure so first of all I would make sure that you have the proper amount of freon in the car... a/c only work properly and the rate pressures... if to low it won't cool properly and if too much freon the same will happen.

Have a Honda Civic DX '96. Should the AC fan turn on immediately when I turn the AC on?

I can see the cooling fan turn on if I turn on the AC after a short drive but the AC fan behind the condensor does not turn on. I am getting cold air from the AC and dont notice anything else amiss. Also when the engine idles with the AC running, I can hear a click now and then after which the engine's rpm changes a bit (either goes up or down). Is this click the sound of some relay? Can this relay be bad? Also is there any other switch etc. which drives the AC fan which can go bad? Thank you for your help! :-)

the click you hear is normal. it is the compressor cycling & the idle speed changes slightly as the load changes. now the bad news. the condenser fan should run when the compressor is engaged. if you watch the fan thru 2 click cycles & it doest run, theres a problem. there is a relay in the fuse box(right rear corner engine compartment.) there is a diagram, and the relay is identical to the one for the a/c clutch. you can swap them as a test. if it still wont work , look at the fuses. some have a separate fuse for the condenser fan, others use the same fuse for both fans. if not fuse or relay, fan motor is probably bad

No. Some cars do turn on immediately and some don't. It should turn on frequently however not immdeiately and not the entire time the a/c is on.

Yes, the fan should come on! The click you hear is the compressor turning on and off as you have climate control and once the preset temp has been reached the air cons system keeps it at that temp!

if you feel like there is something wrong with it and it is making noise that it shouldn't then you should go and get it checked out..

Yes this is normal

Dodge Ram1500 2003: AC stops blowing cold when idle after 20 seconds. Starts back cold once moving again?

Have heard of AC condensor fan clutch problem. Is this right? What part do I need to buy to fix condensor or the a/c compressor with clutch? Cost est. Best price namebrand on line.?

it may also be low on freon, that may be all that's wrong with it,id have the freon checked before i assumed it needed a compressor ,if you need one auto zone has the best deals on that and the best warranty, good luck.

your fan on your ac condenser is not operating. i believe this is an electric fan on this model and the radiator is cooled by the belt driven engine fan. so u need to do some trouble shooting. its probably either the fan itself or the relay runs it.

it is the fan clutch that screws on to the water pump. it is worn out that is why it quits blowing cold when you come to a stop and starts blowing cold after you start going. the fan is what keeps the head pressure down to keep the a/c blowing cold. parts and labor should be around 150.00 hope this helps.

Why does my ac stop running cold, the temp gauge goes to hot in traffic?

I have had a new fan motor put in and both fans are running. The relay switch was replaced. No signs of leakage. I was told it was the clutch in the AC condensor and the condensor need to be replaced, but another mechanic told me this would not make the car run hot. Any ideas? Thanks

If the car is running Hot the Ac will stop until the temp. drops! Find out why it's running hot.

i have honda prelude 90 my ac compressor and keep on quiting on and off ,i chek the relay is work,or module?

i change the condensor ,presure is good ,but after couple while the ac on and off,the relay is working, is thre any power module for the ac,when i turn on ac swicth the cooling fan and condensor fan works, but the ac dont,

If the compressor clutch is engaging/disengaging the compressor and the low side cycling switch seem to be working. It sounds like you need it recharged with refrigerant.
