Pfizer Inc ( PFE ) is a research-based, global biopharmaceutical company. Pfizer's stock price has seen a good 20% appreciation in the last six months, and I expect it to continue its upward trend going forward. I am bullish on Pfizer because of the management's commitment to enhancing shareholder value through dividend and buybacks, as also due to the company's improving product pipeline. Pfizer increased its quarterly dividend by 10% to $0.22, from $0.20, in Q4, and authorized an additional $10 billion share repurchase program with $5 billion in repo expected for 2012.
Pfizer is likely to generate ~$20B in free cash flow in 2012, so even with the dividend of ~$6.5B and share buyback of $5B, there is still plenty of room for inorganic growth through M&A. In addition, Pfizer is entering an interesting new product launch cycle with four $1 bn-plus opportunities, including Xalkori, Eliquis, tofacitinib, and Prevnar 13 adult, which could provide organic growth catalysts for the company.
An old man in a baseball cap stands at the gate of a Christchurch rest home, staring at the street as if waiting for someone to come and get him.
He has the distinctive face – slab nose, granite jaw, think Wal from Footrot Flats – that could belong in a Ted Bullmore self-portrait. It has to be Maurice, the late artist's brother.
There is evidence that Maurice and a Christchurch art dealer sold many of Bullmore's creations without accounting to their owner, Ted's widow Jacqueline, depriving her and the public of some of this country's most significant artworks.
Family investigations have found works were sold cheaply or even given away, ending up with everyone from publicans to criminals. Others made their way into art galleries and public institutions around the country. There are still around 140 works unaccounted for.
Maurice, who was sales agent for Jacqui Bullmore for seven years, is said to be losing his mind and can't shed any light on the whereabouts of the missing works. But some family members suspect he knows more than he's letting on.

Where can I access repo cars for sale?
May 17, 2010 by Jenny | Posted in Buying & Selling
I've been searching for sites that have repo cars for sale but everything wants me to pay a price to access the information so that means it's probably trying to rip me off right?
Internet web sites are not free. It costs the operator/publisher money to run the web site and to post. (That's why Yahoo! has those annoying pop-up ads on every page)
If you want the information posted on these web sites, you are expected to pay for them.

you would be taking a gamble on buying a repo car, even if you could buy one in the first place...............repo cars are not sold to the public, only to places like auto dealers
Happy Gramps | May 17, 2010
It is not a rip off. it is a way to guarantee a buyer. many ordinary people shop around and wait for a good price without putting anything up front. Those types of people will usually back off of deals.
Usually buying off auction and repos are for dealers. or for people who want a project car/non-daily driver.

How can I find out about bank repo cars for sale?
Jun 30, 2009 by LebDan | Posted in Buying & Selling
I am low on cash (after going through graduate school) and I am looking to my a decent car. I bought a car at a local auction once and was very successful! So I just thought of bank repo cars. Can you help me or point me a direction where I could find out some more about bank repo cars?
as the above poster said, most banks send their cars to auction, you might want to try credit unions in your area, good luck

You can contact your local bank to see if they have any inventory. Most banks send their cars directly to dealer auctions so they don't keep them around long.
Public auctions are always high risk for finding a reliable car but you have to give up something to get a great price.
Before I'd go the auction route I'd obsessively search Craigslist for bargains from private sellers.

There are lots of resources out there, but this site pools most of them so you can check out not only bank repo cars but police seized ones as well or government surplus autos. GovernmentAuctions.org I used their site last year to track down 2001 Chevy Tahoe. It was in great condition and I only spent about 8K on it.

Most banks & credit unions sell their repos at dealer only auctions.
Some of the smaller ones try to "retail" them first but they usually are not reasonable on the price untill it gets to auction.

Check with a company that does repos in your area they can tell you where the auction is that they take their cars to. That may not e the only auction that handles them in your area but it's a start.

All repos go to auction, a dealer buys them from the auction and resells them. Just because it's a repo doesn't make it any better of a deal, the cars still sells for wholesale at the auction and the dealer marks up for their profit. As far as the ultimate buyer is concerned, it's the same as a trade in or any other auction car for that matter.

Where do you buy repo cars in Denver?
Apr 20, 2008 by TheQuyen | Posted in Buying & Selling
see, i got into this car accident and now my car is not repairable anymore and so i'm looking for a new car now. I've heard that if you're unable to pay your car payment monthly, the bank will send the repo man and repossess your car. The bank will then put that repo car on sale and sell it at a much cheaper price. Is that true? If so, where do you buy these repo cars in Denver? Is it a good idea to buy repo cars?
I deal with a lot of repo cars. Most have been put through the ringer. A guy knows the repo man is coming and doesnt change oil, or even vacuum the car.
They go to an auction - usually a dealer wholesale auction. Mine is www.copart.com - but again, these are for dealers only.
Usually banks dont hassle with selling their repos to the public. They would rather the car go to a dealer or wholesaler because its a lot less hassle. Banks dont have dealer licenses, service departments, or the ability to get everyone finance. This is faster and much easier on them
