the mods on my atv is hmf pipe, nerf bars, brand new LED trail light, dg front bumper, plastic is in good condition, carb has been jetted, and had put a quick response throttle system by moose racing, and K&N air filter w/ pre filter, there is a back rack, stock exhaust included if i was to the bike I also have 90% tread left on some hole shots and some brand new stock ( there like the mud claws) tires, and just change oil and all the brakes have been redone

once get this atv is NOT for sale

Aftermarket parts really do not matter when it comes to the value of a machine. I would say at best 1500.00. But it depends on who is wanting to buy it.

I have a 1999 ford contour for sale. 121k miles on it. The motor runs great. Body is in good condition no rust, some paint chipping in front bumper, great on gas. Is a good running car for the money. It has a couple minor things wrong with it, small knocking noise when turning on front passengers side, and no radio in it. I bought a lemon boat.?

I traded my ATV and trailer for a boat and trailer. The guy told me the boat had been winterized and taken out the previous summer. This was two days ago, today I drove the boat down to the lake and both of the tires blew out on the way, damaging the trailer. When we finally made it to the lake the boat oil had water in it and several other problems, it wouldn't run safely. It was obvious the boat had NOT been winterized and when I contacted the seller he told me it had actually been 2 or 3 years ago that he had taken it out. He told me he wouldn't give me my stuff back and that he had sold it (not sure if he was being honest) I did sign a bill of sale saying he was selling the boat "as is", so I assume I can do nothing to be reimbursed or get my stuff back. Am I right? Lemon Law doesn't cover used vessels.

Sorry to hear this story. This is why you ALWAYS have a car, boat, airplane or whatever, inspected and test drive the vehicle before handing over any money. What you can do is go down to the DMV and file paperwork to halt the transfer of ownership of you ATV and trailer if this person has not completed that yet. In many cases, you can file a challenge to the title transfer. You'll need to contact your local Police department to inquire about the requirements for your location and state.
